We all have our views on terrorism..People often say one man's Terrorist another man's martyr...But i for sure do desist the whole gamut of such ideas and thoughts .For me Terrorism is simple an act of brutality and barbarism which has no real motive other than rob some one of his precious life.I do classify all terrorists the as the same. Again people often say Terrorism has no religion,region,caste or creed but i beg to differ on this too because its only an overzealous idiot who in the name of religion,region,caste or an such trivial issue would not think twice before lynching,bombing,murdering or stealing a persons right to live his life.What motivates them is perplexing. what really forces a man to commit such acts of animosity against his own fellow humans is a question that needs to be answered.
People often say we need to take human approach in understanding the mindset of an terrorist but my question to them is would any person deserving of being called a human ever commit crime of such heinous nature.There is no human approach to vilified idiots who wouldn't think twice before killing someone.
What has happened in my city Mumbai is something that i cant come to terms with even after 2 days of frenetic war like situation.Its a City that has coped with riots,floods.rain deluge,bomb attacks and to say the least important of all, the idiotic campaign by Mr Thackrey of creating rift between his own countrymen.Terrorists have taken advantage of the recent idiotic and mind you i have no better word to describe the recent political activities in Maharashtra(Maharashtra has even lost the right to be called Maharashtra(Great State) because of parochial politics played by local politicians).Our own brand of vote bank politics and banking on issues like terrorism as election past time issues is what is responsible for this situation.Delhi,Bangalore and now Bombay are all our fault in failing to choosing a leader who is capable of safeguarding lives of common men.After all the people staying in country maketh a nation and not the GDP/GNP rates.Our own leaders have divided the youth to believe on parochial issues than to promote national unity.We must realise that its high time for all of us to rise out this trivial issues and fight the problem of terrosism especially cross border terrorism.I believe that the way to wipe out terrorism is to set an example by impaling the terrorist publicly.Gandhiji had once said that an eye of an eye makes the whole world blind but i would certainly prefer the whole world to be blind cuz atleast then there would be equality amongst all.Why should one person suffer the indignity of being made handicapped by some one for no fault of his and the person who did the act be allowed to go scot free.People often forget that Diamond cuts diamond and that we need Snakes Venom to cure a person from snake bite.We need to act with terrorists in the only language the understand of terror itself.After all we must make tham understand how it feels to taste their own medicine.
I for sure would act in this matter by electing a deserving leader instead of a leader who preaches free elecricity,sops,caste,language or regional based parochial politics.My blood boils when Mr Karunanidhi makes promise of free color TV sets or Mr Chidambaram making promises of giving huge amounts of moneys on free sops to farmers.
Its high time that we act now...My Brother and sisters my sole message to you all is to go and vote for people who you think are deserving to rule this nation, who are not spineless like present regime and who donot play parochial politics.
